In 2004 Matthew Abbiss graduated from the Royal College of Art. The short films he made there have been shown in festivals around the world and each one has picked up an award, "Poor God" was awarded a Special Distinction at Annecy 2004. He was picked to be one of four directors participating in the Channel 4 MESH scheme 2005. Matt teaches animation skills at the London College of Communication. He also teaches the short cartooning and comic strips class at Central Saint Martins and self publishes his own comic books.
