New Sherbet director Tony Comley was commissioned on the strength of his Royal College of Art graduation film Abigail, to create reconstructions for the new drama documentary, the Gangster and the Pervert Peer.

Part of Channel 4's Toffs and Crims season, the documentary focuses on how a Tory Peer and a Labour MP cosied up to one of the infamous Kray twins in the subculture of 1960's London.

Tony used a unique combination of live action and animated characters set in a shadowy world of dark, sumptuous colours, to powerfully strengthen the theme of sex, crime and violent brutality of the film.
