SHERBET director Candy Guard has completed her latest thirty and twenty second TV ads for Nestlé through Ogilvy & Mather. 'Hectic Morning' launches Nestle's latest product Ski 'Up & Go' and features Candy's new cartoon character, Nesta, voiced hilariously by Kathy Burke.

Nesta, who first starred in Sherbet's ad for Ski Yoghurt last year, is seen juggling the early morning tribulations of being late and losing keys with trying to provide a healthy breakfast for chaotic and hungry kids, all at breakneck pace.

The completion of 'Hectic Morning' coincides with the release of Candy's first novel 'Just a Little Disco on an Open Top Bus' about the world of Edie Dudman, to be published Penguin on May 25th. Candy brilliantly guides her readers through the ups and downs of the rut that is Edie's life, as she tries to realize it's actually okay to be herself. Set in West London in 1982 this poignantly funny debut is illustrated throughout, adding an animated edge to a book that perfectly captures the angst of hitting twenty one and agonising over the big picture.
