Jonathan Hodgson was commissioned by McLibel director Franny Armstrong to create animation sequences for her new documentary The Age of Stupid.

Drawing on his vast experience of animation, Jonathan used a unique mixture of hand drawn 2D, 3D and montage to get the messages across with maximum clarity and impact, while also entertaining the viewer and maintaining a wicked sense of humour.
